So I am doing a series of post covering how to's on perfecting your base/skin, everyones main focus no matter what, if your skin looks great you feel great, now a little help on hiding those darks areas..!!

1) Eye cream
Apply your eye cream, sit – re-apply – sit – re-apply – as many times as you feel is needed then apply your primer. If my eyes feel tight or dehydrated I like to apply my eye cream up to four times!! I am currently using Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream & Eucerin Dermo Purifyer Moisturising Day Cream For Problematic Skin, & Eucerin Anti-Age Hyaluron-Filler Night Cream. If my skin feels very dehydrated or I have had a terrible nights sleep i like to use my night cream as well as my day cream for extra hydration.
2) Orange concealer
this really does help by contrasting and concealing out any darkness, blues or purples. Don't worry you don't have to run out and purchase a orange or peach based concealer!! An orange or peach based lipstick will work just as well but don't used as much as lipsticks are more pigmented. Two of my favourites for this is LA Girl corrector in Orange & Armani's peach corrector!
3) Step By Step Guide To Concealer 1) Apply the smallest amount of concealer under your eye in a triangle shape tapping it in to the skin covering the orange, you can either use your finger tips, or a wet sponge/beauty blender. 2) Apply a loose powder with your sponge & then apply a pressed powder with a small fluffy brush. 3) Spritz a small amount of setting spray onto a sponge/beauty blender & pat your concealer, making sure this baby isn't going anywhere!! Also do not wipe the area!! (so not damped or make the sponge wet, a single spray is enough for under eyes!) 4) If you really want to make your eyes pop!! Add a slightly lighter concealer in a triangle shape again this time not as big, applying to the tear duck I personally like to add a little to the outer corner of my eye as well!! Before adding your setting powders or spray.
With so many amazing concealers available it is so hard to pick a fav, but the RCMA palettes are beautiful for all skin tones! if your like me and your skin tone/colouring is different from month to month i would defiantly consider a palette, I also have a lot of love for Kiko Cosmetics concealers too!
